Umbro House
A few weeks back we moved into our brand new offices. We are still based in Cheadle, infact the new building is virtually next door to the previous one. However, the new place is much larger and features a gym and a canteen serving full English breakfasts for £3 amongst other things! So I thought I might show you around…
Probably the most impressive elements of the new building are the interior décor. Our friends over at Toy spend a few weeks painting the football inspired artwork. I spoke to Chris Gray from Toy about the pictures:
“Inspiration wise, a lot of the ideas came from just talking about football with the illustrators and going over funny old memories and things we could relate to. I can’t say I have a favourite, but I know David Sparshotts ‘Hand of God’ was going down a right treat with the builders. Well. Until they saw he used a projector to get the scale right. Then they all thought that made it easy so planned to do the kiddies room at the weekend.”
Got to say my favourite is the simple bathroom door plaques!
