But the 2009 shirt has no history. A lot of history involved in making it, but it’s achieved only qualification to WC 2010 so far! The 2001 shirt: Owen’s hatrick against ze Germans and Becks’ last gasp free-kick against Greece. Plus, i remember when it came out being knocked back by the red stripe through the crest, it was pretty radical back then.
